On 25th, July, the mid-year work summary Conference of Wohua Technology in the first half of 2023 with the theme of "Lean cost reduction, Innovation and efficiency" was held in conference room of WOHUA wushan factory.  The General manager Zhang Xiaoxiao, legal person Zhang Jinyi, Finance center Vice president Quan Zhiting, Social Service Division Vice president Wang Shoupeng, Fresh food Division Vice president Zhang Liguo, Fresh food Division director Guan Guoxian and the main heads of departments attended the meeting, which was hosted by business Management Center director Cao Jian. 

First of all, the first part was awarded in a warm atmosphere. The top management of the company commended the three "excellent monthly meeting reporting teams", two "Golden idea teams", one "excellent service team" and three "safety production demonstration pacemakers" that made outstanding contributions in the first half of the year, and called upon all departments and all employees to advance the standard, continue to forge ahead, and make new and greater contributions to promote the company's cost reduction and high quality development. 

In the second part of the meeting, the heads of all departments reported on the work in the first half of the year and made statements on the work plan in the second half of the year.

In the report and comments, General manager Zhang Xiaoxiao congratulated the advanced individuals and collective who were commended, and appreciated all leading cadres and staff for their efforts in the past six months. This meeting analyzed the current development trend of the industry, opportunities and challenges of enterprise in the next step, while affirming the fruitful results achieved in the first half year, it also pointed out the defects in the work and the problems that need to be solved. At the same time, four requirements for the work in the second half of 2023 are put forward: 1. Increase production while ensuring quality completion of tasks; 2, continue to develop new customers to expand the product market; 3. Comprehensively build new factory projects; 4, Keep well of talent reserve training and other key work. 

In next step, all cadres and staff will follow the instructions of the general manager, study the new situation with new concepts, solve problems in new methods, Stimulate new development with new measures, and constantly open up new situations to create new brilliance.
