From February 14th to 15th, 2023, the "Internal Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement Training Seminar" organized by WoHua Technology and Golden Blue Alliance Group was successfully held. The training featured an on-site lecture by Dr. Li Fengjie, a doctoral graduate from Tsinghua University and an expert in practical production management. Li Jingjing, the Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Anqiu City, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. The training during this event covered topics related to how enterprises should navigate internal management in the context of the new normal economic situation. This included emphasizing the importance of work quality from the perspective of cost strategies, the significance of equipment management, and the optimization of on-site production processes. Various methods were discussed to effectively reduce costs, such as resource-based management, utilizing energy-saving policies, enhancing process control, and implementing energy-saving and consumption-reduction activities.

Through this training, the participants from WoHua Technology have reinforced the company's cost reduction concept across all levels. Each department and position also plan to focus on "reduction" and make efforts in areas of "increase," continuously inspiring the exploration of methods for both aspects. This approach aims to reflect the depth and breadth of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement efforts, demonstrating positive outcomes.
