he past year of 2022 was an extraordinary and challenging one. It was a year where WoHua Technology faced the waves and made breakthroughs, with all WoHua members carrying the load, progressing together, and overcoming difficulties. Simultaneously, the group also saw a group of outstanding employees emerge. They stood out within their respective roles, demonstrating a proactive work style, a positive work attitude, and an efficient and organized approach.

At the beginning of the conference, an awards ceremony was held to commend 9 outstanding teams and 27 outstanding individuals who excelled in areas such as technological innovation, product development, outstanding contributions, and quality assurance.

In the second part of the conference, the heads of various departments provided specialized reports on their respective operational performance in 2022. They also shared their outlook for the upcoming year, outlining the plans for various initiatives in 2023.

The heads of each department provided summary speeches about the work conducted in 2022. Following this, a signing ceremony for the 2023 Strategic Action Blueprint took place, where the main leaders of different business units and centers signed the document. Simultaneously, the company's executives participated in a swearing-in ceremony.

During the summary speeches, Zhang Xiaoxiao, the General Manager of WoHua Technology, delivered the opening remarks. While recognizing the achievements of various departments in 2022, new requirements for 2023 were outlined: enhancing customer satisfaction, improving employee well-being, elevating departmental management levels, and effectively implementing cost reduction and efficiency enhancement measures. With objectives as guidance and management as a lever, each department closely cooperated to implement the company's decision-making arrangements, aiming to comprehensively achieve the company's economic targets for 2023 and steadily increase the company's overall strength and market competitiveness.

Lastly, Du Yuntao, the Executive President of the Group, delivered an important speech on behalf of the group. He provided a detailed interpretation of the company's performance, achievements, existing challenges, and analyzed the industry opportunities and challenges in the current situation. He emphasized the continuous acceleration of mechanization, automation, and informatization efforts, as well as the ongoing drive for technological innovation, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, thereby accelerating the realization of the company's strategic goals.
